PHUKET TASTING MENU

We are very excited to announce the first of many themed tasting menus at Takoi brought to you by Chef Brad and his team. For the first menu the chefs will be exploring the flavors of Phuket, the famous island in southern Thailand that is best known as a global tourist destination for beachgoers. Beyond the beach however, is a food culture that is singularly distinctive with culinary influences that include Malaysia, Indonesia and China. Think of ingredients like fresh turmeric, coconut milk, stewed pork belly, and seafood that come together to form unique curries and stir-fries, among other staples.   

Tasting menus can be ordered as a standard omnivore or vegan at $65 and $55 per person respectively. There are a total of 6-courses, most of which are exclusive to the tasting menu.  Items are served in a shared-style format and guests have the option to bolt on Takoi classics such as egg rolls, ribs, som tum thai, fried rice, whole fish, etc. to their menu.  

The Phuket tasting menu experience will be available starting Wednesday, December 6th.  Guests can choose the tasting menu option when they book a reservation or simply communicate it to a server when they arrive to the restaurant.  Book your tasting menu today.
