WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 9TH @ WATERSHED KITCHEN AND BAR / 5PM - 9PM

Watershed Distillery produces Ohio’s #1 selling Ohio-made bourbon and gin portfolios, along with an award-winning craft vodka and a variety of specialty spirits. The distillery offers tours Wednesday through Sunday and were the first distillery in Ohio to have its own restaurant, Watershed Kitchen + Bar, consistently named one of the top cocktail bars and restaurants in Columbus. 

Columbus-based Watershed Distillery Chef Matt Howes and TAKOI’s Brad Greenhill will collaborate on a casual, a la carte menu featuring approachable flavor profiles and some of TAKOI’s greatest menu hits. On the beverage front, TAKOI’s Drew Pompa and Watershed’s Noah Biddle will offer special cocktails to accompany menu items, focusing on utilizing Watershed’s rich collection of in-house distilled spirits.
